    Eighty bucks for a 1366 motherboard with CPU and RAM? Awesome.

    I needed a cheap socket 1366 motherboard with CPU for a project, with a limited budget. And I needed 4 or more PCIe slots *and* a PCI-X slot. The T5500 board uses a regular ATX PSU and fits in an E-ATX case. The fan headers needed to be modified, but that's all I needed to do to get it working. Best deal ever.

    12 cores at a budget. Makes powerful workstation, I use RX 460 for video.

    I got this board as a replacement for my T5500 when I bent the pins in the cpu socket during an upgrade. I use an Radeon Rx 460 for graphics and know I can get an Rx 480 working in it. Not the most powerful computer for a desktop, but it has 12 cores for blender rendering. The rx 460 is not a bad graphics card. It can run some high speed games, such as tera online. I use linux mint 18.2.
