    Great tasting coffee!

    This brews up great tasting coffee, better than the traditional coffee makers. I only gave a low rating because of cleaning the pot itself, where it directed to just wipe it out. I didn't think it was a good way of cleaning it but I made my way around it by carefully soaping it out with a dish wand being careful not to soak out the bottom unit. I'm very happy with it though! The main point is a great tasting cup of coffee!

    Probably not for 220V

    Reading the instructions it refers to 110V, the voltage spec on the bottom of the pot is also 110V. It does work on 220, in fact it is really fast. You have to lift the coffee basket and tube out post brew to keep the coffee hot. If you do not it will continue perking at a slower rate, probably because of the voltage.

    Better taste, better results, newer is not necessarily better. Perk over Drip ..........................

    We're old school and the percolator is better than any auto drip coffee makers. This purchase is just a replacement for our old unit which gave up the ghost after about 20 years.

    Great coffee pot that brings me back to my childhood of how coffee should be made and should taste!! It allows me to make a little or a lot and the brewing time is the same. Easy to clean and not heavy like they were 40-50 years ago. I really love the design, especially seeing the coffee perk! I am happy with the purchase and the product.
