    The item advertised here doesn't match the ordered shipment

    I recently ordered two(2) of these plugs(Autolite Dbl Platinum app#605) and am very unsatisfied with what is received via USPS on April 27, 2018. The plugs doesn't match the featured item being advertised here. Is received fine wire plugs and justby sight of them you'll recognize a total difference. I feel inconvenienced here and request a valuable compensation as I believe I'm a valuable customer too eBay! Below are four(4) photo pics of the plug that I ordered from you on the left, and the actual plug type you're advertising on the right, attached hereto,and incorporated herein as Exibit "A". Please take notice to the detail of the wire. Thanks for your time and prompt attention concerning this matter.

    96 cadillac APP605

    I bought 2 sets of 4 plugs EA, for my 1996 Cadillac Seville. before installing them the car was running rough, and would sometimes back fire. went to auto zone they wanted to sell me a different set of plugs then went to AutoLite's web sight, it said for a 96 these were the OE ( original equipment) plugs that came in the car when it was new.
