I contacted them and they gave me two options, send it back on their $ or keep it and they would refund me $27. I kept it and the refund was back in my account almost immediately. They were very apologetic and wanted to make it right. I highly recommend and would do more business with them.

I have been gracious yet honest with my feedback and I am not the one buyer to blame for this seller’s feedback percent score. I needed another amplifier however without a guaranteed delivery date, unfortunately I will buy elsewhere.
