      Good product

      It is is great at detecting full wire breaks, even on a large 2 acre lot like mine. For finding slight "partial breaks", it is a bit more tricky. I have found that even tiny nicks as small as 1 cm in the insulation which leave the copper wire exposed, can trigger a Loop alarm on the transmitter for large lots. Amazingly, this tool will detect these blemishes in the insulation, but it is a definitely a learned "art" in translating the tool's readings to detect these tiny blemishes.

      Good locator

      Only complaint is that since my ground loop is over 1000 feet, it is difficult to locate the path of the wire. It does work, would like it to be more sensitive, and the volume louder.

      Found the break in 15 minutes on a 7.5 acre lot!
