I offered to pay shipping both ways and for the return of the incorrect item and he blew me off. I was even willing to return the wrong item before asking him to ship the correct one. Ultimately it's a lousy product that I'd have been stuck with regardless but I wish I could have at least exchanged it for the correct size. Again, buyer made the mistake and we bent over backwards trying to satisfy them. Whatever, dude.
