It was not damaged, so the seller checked his stock, but they were out, so he could not get another kit to me in a timely manner, so he gave me a full refund for the purchase. I think this shows mistakes can happen to anyone, but being a good business man he did the right thing,

I recommended that the dealer revise the description of the part to say that the NEW STIHL part does not have a spring in it.
