The seller then contacted UPS as the receiver and scheduled a "pick up" but of course, I have no idea where that might be

However that doesn’t make up for not providing a tracking number and only contacting me to claim my item was lost in the mail after I contacted them first to inquire about a tracking number for the item. Also, I still don’t have the item. I hope that in the future, this seller will improve on their communication and provide tracking numbers for their shipments.
