    Item was shipped in minimal packaging which should have been fine (since it's just product in non-fragile tubes), but unfortunately in my case it was delivered with damage to one of the tubes (ie crushed boxes, one tube opened with some spillage). Since the majority of product was intact, I chose to keep them. I am still happy to have purchased from seller as it was a good value and is not readily available anymore.

    I tried canceling this order right after I placed it because ebay had an old credit card number on file for me, and I didn't realize it until the transaction was over. I canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order, and two days later I got a notification that my cancelation was denied because the seller had begun packing it TWO DAYS after I canceled it. I asked them to cancel it and I would re-purchase it, but they decided no to that.

    Really feels nourishing to my skin. Lasts from day to day.

    I'm still doing a comparison test against a Vaseline Intensive Care product but in early days I would say this was comparable in moisturizing (I read a review of both products and moisture retention of the Vaseline product was, I THINK, about 65% and the Dove product a close second at -- again, I THINK I'm remembering correctly -- at 59%. Approximate percentages. Of course no product is any good unless one USES it and I'm still working on that habit. But I'm very satisfied with this Dove lotion.
