Cache seems to work fine. Not sure my old one is bad, but this one behaves the same or maybe seems to work better (old system, hard to verify, cpuZ 1.40 doesn't seem to detect L2 cache on this old system (P54C-166) or another old computer w/ wired on-board L2 cache; maybe it only detects on-chip L2 cache, but not on-mobo L2 cache). I *think* it works, but unsure. In any case, I have no complaints, this is just FYI for anyone reading this & considering this item. Reasonable cost for expt.
