    SACD listed as new and sealed. Sadly, it was used but carefully placed inside sleeve from another, different mini-lp cd. Seller eventually offered refund but denied SACD was used despite clear photographic evidence (case was scuffed/cracked, SACD scratched inside). Seller claimed purchased new at Tower and glue failed! But price tag was not from Tower--and not for this SACD (per bar code). Seller also said he intended to resell to another buyer (for a higher price). So BUYER BEWARE.

    SACD was in fact sealed. I offered to reimburse his payment and take the SACD back if he was not happy with the transaction. The outside plastic case was cracked as described in the auction. He had to tear the plastic swrink wrap to get to the SACD. I checked to make sure it wouldn't come out of the sprink wrap before I listed the SACD up for auction. The glue was dry and the top of the swrink wrap was loose but it was in fact still sealed. I bought the SACD many years ago and never opened it.
