The item was too tightly packed which caused the breakage. Was able to use superglue to fix the item, and hopefully it will hold, but was disappointed. I suggest packing items separately with cushioning between in the main box instead of all items together and wrapped tightly as mine were. Items need a little breathing room during shipping to accommodate being thrown around.
