Apparently this model is an asymmetrical head. side with dial indicator is 3 numbers smoother than the reverse side. very common for razors and rarely disclosed. It is a good and smooth shave, just not the same setting on front and back. I prefer heads that cut the same on both sides but it checks all the other boxes
