The hole where the metal spout enters was not fully cut out during manufacturing. It was unexpectedly sharp and cut me. When I reached out to the seller, I was immediately offered a free return and refund that I declined. I cut the plastic piece myself and used it as is. I very much appreciate that the seller is honest and stands by their product. I would buy again knowing that if something was wrong the seller has me covered. Thank you
