When I reached out to the seller, I was immediately offered a free return and refund that I declined. I cut the plastic piece myself and used it as is. I very much appreciate that the seller is honest and stands by their product. I would buy again knowing that if something was wrong the seller has me covered. Thank you

The USB cord is too short to be useful ,NBD everyone has extra USB cables laying around. Pumps fair amount of water at decent rate on first use(about 2 cups) then then smaller and smaller until you let it charge a bit. I keep it plugged in 24/7 so can't tell you battery life.I had a broken water main,relied on 5 gallon bottles for 3 weeks. This arrived promptly and very useful
