The price was impossible to pass up; it cost less than our original Ninja Oven! I think Ninja has really stepped up the quality since the original oven was released. My purchase was shipped (not just a label created) the very next day and my order arrived a day earlier than expected. I highly recommend this product and this seller!

Does not come in original packaging or with user manual, but I downloaded using the QR code provided. Also, I registered for the 2 year warranty. My guess is this was probably returned to manufacturer on buyer's remorse. It is a BIG oven, but exactly the size I wanted to keep from using the big oven during the summer months. Anyway, pleased with the quality and price. Highly recommend.

However getting a legible owner's manual was a nightmare. mobile app kept asking me for information until I gave up. Browser connection gave me a PDF that could not be read by the naked eye. It took photoshop and better than an hour to print out a copy that I could read.

No signs of life whatsoever. Contacted seller and they asked a few basic questions. Then refunded me the full price and did not make me return the item. Listed as a refurbished item, but I couldn't tell the difference between it and a new TV, except for the much lower price! I'm very happy with this seller and this purchase. I would happily buy from them again. And thank goodness the seller packed it well because FedEx ran it through the wringer for about 4 days before finally delivering it (entirely the fault of FedEx and not at all the seller).
