And because of the detail to the listing, I never worry about damage. The shell top has some scratches..looks like someone carved into the pain...and didn't like the top or bottom, so they just scratched them out. This didn't effect the laptops proformance, at all and the touchscreen works perfectly. Best buy level refurbishing. Will be back! Highly recommend sellers products. Thank you....again!

I'm struggling I was looking forward to this it came with a cracked screen. Not sure if they will respond to me even. This is negligence and Incompetence. You get what you pay for but I didnt think that meant an unusable item that powers up and glitches out. To the ones that were lucky with working Chromebooks from them... Well yea you were lucky. Look elsewhere 💔

This laptop requires a 230W adapter and was received with a 90W adapter and the wrong cord to go from the adapter to the wall. When I contacted them about it, I got a quick reply, and apology, and quick shipping on the correct adapter with a tracking number. GREAT customer service!! I highly recommend this seller and would buy from them again!! A+++++
