My only issues were the wings, on the inside of the covers, were damaged and/or missing. Damage was shown in one of the pics, but not written in the description. Seller has gone above and beyond in first ,rapidly offering a refund (when I mistakenly presumed his motor was defective). When I figured out that both motors were good and there was a totally different issue, he offered to call a tech and help me troubleshoot. Thanks again!
