The laptop looked basically brand new other than a tiny scratch on the back which doesn't bother me. The only thing I would suggest is respond to customers a little faster & answer the questions to the full extent rather than tell them to look up their question about the computer. Also, they took too long to take it to the UPS store to ship it which made it obviously get here longer. TYSM!

However, (this is to the seller as advice) do the updates before shipment. I looked into the bios history, last update was of 10/2023. Had no joke 20 apdates needed, the lcd cut in and out. Took me over 2 hours to update. After that extremely fast, no issues with lcd. I provide roadside assistance, instead of my 2 x 5 inch phone screen for nav, ect. This laptop, blue toothed, 8 by 12 lcd. is god send

This laptop requires a 230W adapter and was received with a 90W adapter and the wrong cord to go from the adapter to the wall. When I contacted them about it, I got a quick reply, and apology, and quick shipping on the correct adapter with a tracking number. GREAT customer service!!
