    C'est un scandale et vous m'en voyez désolé. L'avidité des douanes tue le commerce sur eBay et autres. Si vous avez bien regardé le sticker au dos de l'enveloppe, j'ai bien précisé 1- que c'était un livre d'occasion (sur lequel c'est un scandale de faire payer des taxes) 2- que la TVA avait été déjà payée en notant la reference VAT Paid : IOSS - IM2760000742. Ils n'avaient aucune raison de vous charger 18€. Pour info l'envoi m'a couté 12,30€ au lieu des 4,.. que vous avez payé. Cordialement
