They updated the listing promptly so I could buy the item, and once it was shipped, they informed me by DM and even gave me a phone # to contact with any issues. They shipped the item in 3 separate boxes since it was so fragile/expensive, and the shipping was fairly quick. Nothing negative to say about Dorsey Antiques. Would definitely buy from them again!
