    Fills the bill, with one annoyance

    Bought this as a second remote for a new TV. Predictably, it works exactly like the original. If I could, I'd shave off 1/2 star because apparently either the TV or the remote is 'monogamous' -- you can't pair more than one remote, meaning the original purpose is defeated. This isn't the case with other devices, such as the Roku stick. We're still keeping it in case one dies or gets lost, and this review is in no way meant to disparage the seller.

    Genuine Samsung remote.

    The back cover kept coming off my old one after years of my kids throwing it across the room and dropping it on the tile floor. Also I thought it wasn't working anymore so I ordered this one. I since realized my old remote just needed to be paired with my TV again, so now I have an extra remote. Too bad you can only pair one remote to the TV at a time!

    This Samsung smart tv remote with actual buttons is awesome!

    My OEM remote with tiny buttons was a joke. The on:off button hardly ever worked especially the off feature.
