I had bought what was supposed to be this same blade a couple of years ago, but that vendor shipped a substitute part that I don't like. They advise they have a five (business) day processing time. A bit inconvenient if you ask me. When they finally shipped the item, the package had been tampered with/opened while in transit and the item was missing. I thought I might have a long fight getting my money refunded but surprisingly, they issued a refund the following day. Contacted seller and they were very helpful and kind.
