Hot Wheels were thrown in a padded envelope without any other protection or pieces of card board to protect them. Seller said if I wanted a box that I should have asked and pay an additional fee. The invoice says envelope but to be used for trading cards, stamps, post cards & coins only as well as items less than $20. My items cost more than that and this seller won't take responsibility. Buyer received item less than 24hrs ago from leaving neg feedback. Buyer had legitimate shipping damage which was met with a prompt response and several options to resolve. Buyer chose resorting to leaving neg feedback while in process of resolving despite listing CLEARLY STATING item would be shipped in an envelope and no returns, buyer was offered exchange or return/refund.
