    item was new as described, however just a part of the original box was in the box it was shipped in. the number on the box was the part I needed, but the part I did receive, was not even come close to fitting in the dishwasher, so I can't use it. I probably should have communicated better about it before purchasing it. The item did ship out to me very quickly. I really can't blame anyone, because it was probably in that partial box for a while and the seller had no idea it was the wrong part.
