It has deep scratches on the outer tub lid. Also the description states a recipe book is in the box, but it’s not. You have to access it online, which is not great for me. Otherwise, looking forward to some froyo!

Cons: This machine has to be unplugged and plugged back in before every use or it will not turn on. After an internet seach, I believe that the unplugging issue is a safety feature installed by the Ninja company. The locking blade lid was unclean as if it had been used.
