The seller didn't reply to my messages and I had to go through eBay to get a refund in the end. I totally understand mistakes may occur but ignoring customers messages is disrespectful and unprofessional.

Looked like a similar form factor but did need some work but it did the job well. Unit is well made, was well packed and arrived in about a week to UK. Very happy with supplier and will look to them again. Postage was actually more than cost of switch but was happy to pay. Now I know what the switch is like I would order more units in a batch to make postage more efficient.
