The Vivitek D837 is a multifunctional DLP projector that includes a wireless module that allows for easy network connection. In addition, the Vivitek projector includes a screen sensor that will allow the device to auto adjust and turn on when used with a corresponding electric screen. Further features of the Vivitek D837 include a built in USB port for easier connection to computers, HD compatibility, and an ultra-bright display. The brightness level of the DLP projector is 3200 ANSI lumens and the contrast is 2500:1. The Vivitek projector includes compatibility with 1080i, 720p, and 576p. The throw distance of the Vivitek projector is 3.6 feet to 38.6 feet. The screen image size of the projector is 25 inches to 300 inches. This projector includes a number of capabilities so that it can be used in various office, classroom, and home situations. With wireless or wired connectivity, the projector can be used on many networks.

    This was a very nice projector packed well arrived promptly, but unfortunately, it was too big to fit in our ceiling box. However, the seller was gracious about returning it.  I am confident that my refund will come after the seller rechecks the product for any possible shipping damage. Warning to buyers of used projectors: don’t go by the picture for the size! Get the manufacturers dimension specs if it’s not included in the eBay description!

    1/2 star unfortunately the 3D feature is none existence. 3D D-link glasses are required for the 3D to work, projector doesn’t read recognize glasses and that’s after using different brands of glasses and configuration. Over all image quality is great. Remote is confusing with menu’s sound quality only goes to 8 on projector builtin speakers are just worthless.
