    Long time eBay customer. Never had a purchase so poorly packaged. While item was as described it was simply wrapped in tissue paper, jammed into a small plastic bag and mailed. Garment was so jam packed and difficult to open that I had to use scissors. Even though I tried to be careful opening the package at the outer edge, the garment material was caught by the scissors, accidentally cutting the material and making the garment unusable.

    My deepest apologies for your experience. I am surprised though, we do not wrap items such as this in any sort of tissue paper but rather a plastic bag and then inside a plastic mailer. Nonetheless, please feel free to return the jacket for a full refund.
