I asked seller questions and he did respond fairly quickly but the details on the internet service were still a bit vague. Unfortunately, what the description states doesn't inform the buyer about having to not only pay for the box, but then it requires you to pay your first monthly payment before the 3 day trial is over or your box gets deactivate and then you are required to text or email them to fix it.
