I asked seller questions and he did respond fairly quickly but the details on the internet service were still a bit vague. However, I have had no issues once purchased and internet service through the router is working well and the speed is very good for 4G in my area.

Unfortunately, what the description states doesn't inform the buyer about having to not only pay for the box, but then it requires you to pay your first monthly payment before the 3 day trial is over or your box gets deactivate and then you are required to text or email them to fix it.
