    I tried to work this out with the seller but they simply ignored any email I sent UNTIL I had eBay contact them to get back to me. The lens sold to me did not work on my camera properly and despite explaining this, the seller accused me of damaging the lens and then went no contact again. Basically waiting out the time I have to request a refund or at least have it considered. My experience with this seller was not positive and now I'm stuck with a lens that doesn't work for me. Thanks.

    This item worked totally fine when I shipped it, I had literally just used it on my camera for filming and photos prior to sending it. The buyer claims that it doesn't work, however that was after they had it in their possession over 3 weeks (item was delivered October 3rd and the return was requested Oct. 25th, plenty of time to mess the lens up on their own). In addition, the item was listed as "no returns" accepted, which I sent a screenshot of to the buyer. Beware of this buyer.
