    The seller indicated in the listing that the item was open but unused. After I received the item I opened it only to discover the needlepoint was HALF completed. I reached out to the seller with pictures and was told to: 1. Start a return with EBay 2. Then they offered to take $15 off No apology - in any form - for sending a used and stained item. I accepted the poor offer only to avoid a drawn out hassle with them. I absolutely do not recommend this seller. Very unprofessional!!!
