    Most effective anti-acid I have ever tried

    Other anti-acids, such as Pepcid, do nothing for me. But omeprazole works. I stopped taking omeprazole and switched to Pepsid for awhile upon my doctor's advice. When Pepcid did not work, I switched back. I discovered that several of my friends had the same experience. My doctor told me that Omeprazole should only be taken for 14 days as the warning on the box says. Finally, I did some research to find the reason for the warning. It seems that omeprazole inhibits the absorption of magnesium into your system. In general, older adults don't get enough magnesium and omeprazole makes it worse. HOWEVER, omeprazole-magnesium has not such warning because it provides the magnesium that plain omeprazole depletes. I only take 1 capsule per day because I learned that bananas are a natural ...

    Nice purchase on a product we use daily.

    No heartburn, no more!

    If you have a problem with heartburn more than twice per week, this is what you need. Take one in the morning, every morning, and you won't have a problem with heartburn again! At least, until you skip a couple of pills. Then you will know why you take them every morning!
