At the beginning, I thought that it comes as a set of 4 like I purchased it before at Neiman Marcus, boxed and with the label on each plate from Villeroy & Boch. The seller claimed that the item was new, but didn’t specify that it didn’t have the original label and the box. I purchased the plate as a gift, but it can not be gifted like it is; it looks used. I asked to write the return address, it had 30 days return policy.
