I get it in and it's the wrong product so then I messaged the seller that I would like my correct product then she wants me to pay to ship the old product back then they ship me the new product. Once I said, I will not pay for postage for their mistake they then call me an offensive word. Attached is the picture of what they called me. I have turned them into eBay.
