    Quality product for shoe repair...

    No surprises here about the product...it's a high quality sheet of non slip rubber for shoe repair. What may be a surprise is how I actually use it. Simply, I walk about 5 miles daily and noticed that my walking shoes are/were wearing out very quickly (Adidas and Nike). While the soles were wearing thin at the 'balls of my feet' and near the heel, the uppers were still looking great and I didn't have the heart to just throw em away. Thus, with a little "Shoe Goo" (which you can get here at EBay too), I cut/trimmed a piece of this rubber and mounted such to the soles at the 'wear' points e.g heel and 'ball'. No, I did not cover the complete sole. Ta da...after a day to 'cure' the Goo, those shoes are 'back in service'. Still comfortable to wear...you don't notice the additional ...
