I had to go back and forth with the seller two times, but the seller did what was right and issued a refund. I would give them a five because they did the right thing, but a four because I had to grumble about it. So a 4.5 is my rating. I would buy from the seller again. The transaction was smooth. I chalk this one up to a misunderstanding.
