The USPS does not care so hardware was lost is shipping!! They should have been wrapped first so if the ends opened nothing was lost! ( but it was not). I was giving a refund on one and got hardware from manufacturer (not) the seller they took forever to ship me the parts so I asked the manufacturer and they sent them right out no problem!! Poor customer satisfaction!!
