The sealing surface looks to have been hand ground, a straight edge showed it way off from flat and the flange was warped up around the edges. We had to chuck up the cover and take almost 0.085" off before it was totally flat. We have not test fit onto the diff yet, hopefully all the holes line up right.

Test fitting the hardware did reveal a slight clearance issue with 2 of the bolt holes, but it’s easy enough to tweak when doing the welding on it. Overall I am happy with this cover, probably the most affordable option available currently. It arrived (after slight delay at no fault of the seller) and was very well packaged, the hardware and drain plug were bagged securely and all accounted for.
