    I purchased a dual cassette deck which I would utilize for business purposes. It took almost a week before it was even ready for shipping & no communication with seller. I received the item in a shoddy box but I did get it undamaged. I was able to use it once before it quit working. No play, no fast forward, no rewind. The unit is completely useless & I'm out almost a $100. Completely disappointed with this seller & eBay in general.

Return or refund has been futile. I feel I’ve been more than fair and patient and was willing to work with seller but all communications on their side was silenced. eBay seems to not help me and I am at a dead end I have a $20 paperweight now that is good for nothing
