Was quickly refunded. Seller kept good communication and very pleasant. Buyer won't like to pay for Priority bc it was over 22" tall so the shipping cost is expensive. I charged $4.95 (paid more bc over 22"), Priority is $14.85. BTW, Priority Mail will not change the delay since USPS sent a message after I shipped to your state, TN: "Severe weather impacting delivery. Due to severe weather and flooding in Arkansas, Tennessee, Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio, there may be an impact to the delivery of mail and packages."
