I purchased 2 of the remote battery discount switch and when I first hooked up the 1st one it didnt work ( I have two vehicles ) so I pulled out the 2nd kit contacted and installed it with the remote that goes with it and bam worked perfectly!!!!! So I contacted this seller and told them and they were on it .....we resolved the issue effortlessly I want to say exquisite seller thanks
