    I'm upset, these were 16" dust mops being sold as 18". Even though they were much thinner than expected, if they were the right size we could have used them and ordered even more for our other 37 buildings. We can't use these for anything anywhere, the don't even fit on the frame. I HATE BEING SCAMMED!

    We are extremely sorry for this issue. We would have really liked for you to contact us so we can make you right. When you acquire 8k units we rely on the manufactures packaging who sells them on their website as 18". We are not experts on mop heads and not really sure how they are measured. So we added new pics with measurements to the listings showing the sizes so this doesn't happen again. We appreciate your business
