It still had the paper seal on the strap, and it did take a full charge, it powers up my quest 2 headset and it is genuine Oculus (Meta). Shipping was fast, the item arrived in perfect condition and it is my everyday strap as of now. Best of all, for the price, it replaced a generic branded strap that did not fit in the meta case, for $27 i have a genuine strap WITH a battery. Thank you!!!
