    The item arrived but not in the condition advertised by the seller. I did not feel I can reliably use the device. To his credit the seller immediately acknowledged the problem and offered full refund. Excellent communicator and very responsive. Easy to work with. I got my refund after shipping back the unit and my shipping cost refund from ebay. Mistakes happen, but the I appreciated the seller's quick response to remedy to remedy the situation.
