    buyer agreed to send the item back through ebay so that tjhey could be refunded. Buyer never sent the item back nor contacted Ebay to return the item. Apparently the buyer wanted to keep the item and get their money back. I would gladly refund the item once it was sent back at no cost to the buyer. I am not able to add a photo of the conversation but buyer clearly says they will contact ebay to send back. the item for the refund.
