    Second bat I have bought from showtime softball bats. Have not got a chance to swing this one yet. Hoping to take a few swings with it tomorrow. Seller communicates very well, and helps to solve issues. We did have a little bit of hiccup with the shipping of this bat. No fault of the seller! Package was misplaced and found after 6 days at the facility. Not a huge deal but I assumed it was lost. Seller agreed to send me another one soon if it didn’t show up.

    Seller sent the wrong item. The seller gave me two options - 1) send it back for a full refund or 2) to test the bat out for an entire week. I chose to test the bat out and I’m glad I did. Bat is exactly as the seller described - pertaining to its performance. The seller provided great customer service and was very responsive to all my emails.
