Straps are short on both brown & black pair, holes on strap to fasten are place different on each strap on my brown pair. You must put your own holes into the strap to fit your feet. Sandal are new and still looks nice on feet but you have to make adjustments with strap. I did not contact seller.

I have Neuropathy & Burning Feet Syndrome. The Burning Feet is the worst thing imaginable because your feet literally turn red like a bad sun burn & you have blisters on them. I've gone to many doctors & no help so I buy shoes I think I might can wear for an hour or so. Wish me luck!
