Stringy product right out of the bottle. Hard to work with.
I've been a big fan of the Better than Sex waterproof formula for a few years now and love it. I thought I would try this other product from the Too Faced better than Sex line because it too was waterproof. The package did come as described - new in box and it appeared to be brand spanking new. The first thing I noticed when I pull the wand out of the tube was that the mascara product was stringy and very goopy. It pull out of the tube literally like you would pull mozzarella when eating a slice of pizza. Thinking this may be because it was the first time opening, I swirled the tip around in the tube and went up and down a couple times hoping to mix the product and disperse on the brush tip. I pulled the tip out again and the same thing. I've tried pulling the brush out a few more ... I've been a big fan of the Better than Sex waterproof formula for a few years now and love it. I pulled the wand out, it was stringy as usual. I applied to my upper lashes first and when I brushed up and pulled away, the product was stringy on a bunch of lashes. So maybe this is because it is supposed to elongate your lashes but the product elongates out of the tube. Very hard to use. When the string of mascara let go of the brush, it left me with a clump at the tip of my lashes. I wouldn't recommend this product. Maybe it's not authentic. I know the waterproof green bottle formula is made in Italy. I see this one is made in the USA. If it is an authentic product then the formula is lousy

Disappointed with this product by Too Faced
I have used another mascara by the same company and really liked it. I switched to this mascara and I didn't like the coverage, it comes off the lashes too easily and you'd need 2 to 3 coats to really get good coverage. I don't care for the brush either or how the product comes out of the tube. It comes out in a long piece that you have to wrap around the tip of the bristles.
